Generic DNS Configuration
We have a number of guides on how to configure DNS at various popular providers on the left navigation.
If your DNS provider isn't listed there or you're just looking for general instructions, read on!

Still have questions?
There are dozens of DNS providers and although many of them use a standard format, some do deviate from it to some extent. Although we don't know the ins and outs of every DNS provider, we'll be happy to try and assist if you have attempted to add the records and something isn't right. Please let us know the following if you're requesting support:
- Which DNS service are you using? (remember, we have guides for several!)
- Include a screenshot or screenshots showing what you have entered (or are trying to enter).

Questions? We’re always here to help.
We pride ourselves on offering incredibly reactive support, free of charge. Premium users get priority, but we answer everyone.
