Clicking "Report as spam" damages our sender reputation

As a forwarding service, ImprovMX is responsible for every email flowing through our systems — your mailbox provider sees forwarded mail as coming from us, not the original sender.

So when you hit "Report as spam" in your Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo mailbox, the complaint lands on ImprovMX, not the spammer. It flows through to our infrastructure provider and then to us, and enough of them damage our sender reputation and get our IPs blocklisted — hurting delivery for every customer.

Instead, contact us directly

Please report spam or abuse straight to [email protected] — ideally by forwarding the message with its full headers — so we can act on the real source.

Account Termination

Forwarded mail that gets reported as spam violates our Terms of Service, and abuse reports tied to your account are grounds for immediate account termination.
