What happens if a referred user continues their subscription beyond 12 months?

Commissions are only earned on payments within the first 12 months of each referred user’s subscription.

How are commissions affected if a referred user cancels their subscription?

If a referred user cancels their subscription, you will not earn any new commissions from that user moving forward. However, any commissions that you have already accumulated up to that point will remain unaffected and will be paid out according to our standard payment terms.

What happens if a referred user receives a refund?

If a refund or chargeback occurs, you will not earn a commission for that referral.

Why is there a 30 day delay on commission payments?

The 30 day delay accounts for potential refunds, chargebacks, and fraud detection, ensuring accurate commission payments.

What if my referred user upgrades to a higher plan?

You will earn a higher commission corresponding to the upgraded plan’s value.

Is It permissible to encourage users to cancel and re-subscribe for continued commissions?

No, encouraging such practices is prohibited and against our program’s integrity. Our system can detect such activities, and violations may lead to program termination.
