Can I cancel anytime?
Sure you can! No questions asked, no contracts, no strings attached. Once you have canceled, you’ll still have access to your premium plan until the end of your subscription cycle.
How does “priority delivery” work?
Our emails are transferred to a processing queue before they are re-forwarded to you. Purchasing a premium subscription means that any email forwarded to you will go directly on the top of the queue, so that you don’t have any processing delay and can get your emails faster.
What’s the difference between your SMTP and Gmail’s?
Gmail let’s you send emails from their SMTP using an old, undocumented workaround that could go away any day. Our custom SMTP solution is there to stay and offers access to our world-class support where we’ll investigate all your deliverability issues.
