At ImprovMX, we respect the privacy rights of our users and recognize the importance of protecting the personal information we collect about you. As used in this Privacy Policy, “ImprovMX,” “us” and “we” refers to ImprovMX, Inc. and its affiliates, including without limitation the “Reflectiv”, company . The “Websites” means ImprovMX’s websites (including without limitation www.improvmx.com, cdn.improvmx.com and any successor URLS, mobile or localized versions and related domains and subdomains), and the “Services” means ImprovMX’s applications and services, in each case in whatever format they may be offered now or in the future. The Websites and Services are collectively referred to herein as the “Service.”

Information We Collect

Registration and Contact Information. We collect information about you when you (a) register to use the Services and (b) otherwise provide contact information to us via email, mail, or through our Service. This information you provide may include your username, first and last name, email address.

Payment Information. When you purchase the Services, we will also collect transaction information, which may include your company name, company VAT (when applicable), credit card information, billing and mailing address. We describe how Payment Information are collected and processed later in this document.

Technical, Usage and Location Information. We automatically collect information on how you interact with the Service, such as the IP address from which you access the Service, date and time, referrer website and campaigns informations (“utm” fields). We may also collect location information, including location information automatically provided by your computer or device. Third Party Platforms. We may collect information when you interact with our service on third-party sites or platforms, such as analyticals sites. This may include information such as actions or the fact that you viewed or interacted with our content.

We do not sell, trade, share or transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Payment Information

When you make a purchase on the Service, any credit card information you provide as part of your Payment Information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor Stripe through their Stripe Checkout service. We never receive or store your full credit card information. Stripe commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry standard security. What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website, mobile app or use an online platform. Cookies are widely used by online service providers to facilitate and help to make the interaction between users and websites, mobile apps and online platforms faster and easier, as well as to provide reporting information.

Cookies set by the website and/or mobile app and/or platform owner (in this case, ImprovMX) are called “first party cookies”. Cookies set by parties other than the website and/or mobile app and/or platform owner are called “third party cookies”.

LinearWe use Linear for internal issue tracking, project management and roadmap planning.
MixpanelWe use Mixpanel to gain valuable insights into user interactions with our product, enhancing user experience and engagement while respecting privacy.
PlausibleWe use Plausible, a privacy-friendly website analytics tool that does not use cookies, to gather insights into our website usage.
ProfitWellWe use ProfitWell Metrics for revenue reporting and financial analytics.
SentryWe use Sentry to retrieve, review and handle issues that might occurs within ImprovMX.

Blocking Cookies.

Do Not Track Signals.

The Service may also contain links to third party websites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us. Even if the third party is affiliated with us through a business partnership or otherwise, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third party. Please be aware that we do not warn you when you choose to click through to another website when using the Service.

The Websites contain features that enable you to post reviews, comments or other content that is publicly viewable. You should be aware that any personal information you submit as part of those posts can be read, collected, or used by other visitors to the Websites, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to publicly post on the Websites. We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information

When you use the Service, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information upon your request and either provide you the means to correct this information if it is inaccurate or to delete such information at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.

We may retain your information as necessary to support the Service, comply with our legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate on this page the policy’s new effective date. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or through notice on the Service.

No Children Under Age 13

The Service are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13, nor does ImprovMX knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not attempt to register for the Service or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that we confirm that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 and believe that we might have any information from or about such child, please contact us at the email or mailing address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Your California Privacy Rights and Disclosures

California Shine the Light Law. If you are a California resident and we disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes, California’s Shine the Light Law (CA Civil Code Section 1798.83) allows you to request certain information from us about such disclosures. To make a request under the Shine the Light Law, please contact us at support@improvmx.com. Please note that under California law, businesses are not required to respond to such requests more than once during any calendar year.

California Information-Sharing Disclosure. California residents may request a list of all third parties with respect to which we have disclosed any information about you for direct marketing purposes and the categories of information disclosed. If you are a California resident and want such a list, please send us a written request by email to support@improvmx.com with “California Privacy Rights” in the subject line.

California Minors. At any time, you can delete or remove your posts using the same deletion or removal procedures described in Section Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information above, or otherwise through the Service. Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We maintain a variety of appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Further, we have implemented reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect personal information about you. When you enter sensitive information (such as your password), we encrypt that information in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology. No method of transmission over the Internet, method of electronic storage or other security methods are one hundred percent secure. Therefore, while we strive to use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
