It's been 8 months since the acquisition of ImprovMX, and we've been hard at work improving the product. The initial changes were not visible—lots of internal process & infrastructure improvements that have improved our change velocity, reliability, and ability to provide a stellar customer experience.
But we're ready to announce some new features that have finally come together.
Email Logs Search - Email logs now have keyword based search and date filters. So you can easily find the status of that specific email.
Access Logs - We now log every account access and action by IP, so you can audit who made what changes when.
Longer Email Retention - Premium users can now set email log retention longer than 7 days, up to 30 or 180 days!
Rules Routing - Now you can selectively route emails to different destinations based on custom conditions around the email subject, contents, sender, etc.
AI Support Chat Bot - We've trained an AI support bot to solve customer problems 24/7/365 (you can always reach a human by just asking). It's trained on our guides, internal documentation, and prior support cases, and is quite good at providing technical guidance.
Improved Documentation - All our guides have been revamped and rewritten for clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
