Head of Product (Europe/Americas)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to drive ImprovMX.com, a highly technical SaaS in the email forwarding space.

You will assist us with the day-to-day operations of the service, managing the team and the decisions on what to focus on, with the task to move from $20k MRR to $50k MRR and beyond.

As Head of Product, you’ll set the strategic plan for the coming growth stage by working with the founders and the team. Working with the Leadership team, you’ll then convert the strategy into executable goals that fulfill the mission and vision of ImprovMX.

The role is fully remote and asynchronous, meaning you can work from anywhere you want, and at any time you want, as long as you fulfill your objectives. For timezone management reasons, we are looking for someone based in Europe or in the Americas.

What you need to know

ImprovMX is a service that lets you forward emails from a domain to a personal email. For instance, you can configure your email on your-domain.com to your personal Gmail inbox and configure rules (contact@, support@, etc) depending on what you want to do.

We are a bootstrapped, small team, and you’ll be in touch with us on a daily basis. We won’t micro-manage or tell you what to do; instead, we want you to bring in your own expertise to make ImprovMX a rock-solid product.

• Developing and executing a strategic plan to grow ImprovMX and ensure its success
• Developing and executing the company’s vision and strategy
• Managing day-to-day operations
• Hiring talented team members and retaining them
• Leading and motivating the team to achieve the company’s objectives
• Overseeing customer service and sales operations
• Setting financial and operational goals and objectives

Qualifications

– At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role at a SaaS company
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Strong business acumen and a track record of successful execution
– Deep understanding of customer experience and product development
– Ability to identify emerging trends and capitalize on opportunities
– A passion for technology and innovation in general
