Customer Success Specialist (Europe)

We are looking for someone to help us handle requests coming from our European customers.

What you need to know

ImprovMX is a service that lets you forward emails from a domain to a personal email. For instance, you can configure your email on to your personal Gmail inbox and configure rules (contact@, support@, etc) depending on what you want to do.

You will be working on hyper-secure email data hosting covered by all of our privacy standards regulations.

We are a bootstrapped, small team and you’ll be in touch with us on a daily basis. We won’t tell you what to do, we want you to bring in your expertise to make ImprovMX a rock-solid product.

What we are looking for

Please note that this position is on a 5 days a week-basis (40h) as we are offering reactive support to our customers. You will be compensated accordingly.
