We are looking for someone to help us handle requests coming from our European customers.
What you need to know
ImprovMX is a service that lets you forward emails from a domain to a personal email. For instance, you can configure your email on your-domain.com to your personal Gmail inbox and configure rules (contact@, support@, etc) depending on what you want to do.
You will be working on hyper-secure email data hosting covered by all of our privacy standards regulations.
We are a bootstrapped, small team and you’ll be in touch with us on a daily basis. We won’t tell you what to do, we want you to bring in your expertise to make ImprovMX a rock-solid product.
What we are looking for
You are located in Europe, or willing to work in that timezone (GMT+1 is ideal)
You have a background in web development or IT support
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation and empathy
Further language skills are an advantage
You have basic knowledge about typical CRM tools like Intercom or Zendesk
Please note that this position is on a 5 days a week-basis (40h) as we are offering reactive support to our customers. You will be compensated accordingly.
